NOW THEREFORE9 BE I T RESOLVED by the V311age Council of the Village of
Richfield9 Minnesota9 as follows:
l., A public hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September9
19609 ira the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7a15 FaM®
~o pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons ov~ning property affected by such improvement w$11 be given an
opportunity to be heard with preference to such improvement@
2a The village clerYe is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the prop®sed assessment to be published tvuice in the official
newspaper at least two weeps prior to the hearing9 and he shall state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement ire the amount
of $9s662~32e
