RESOLUTION DBCLARING COSTS TO BE ASSBSSED AND ORDBRTNG PRBPARATION

VVf~REAS, the following construction was performed during the year ~~5`9~faQe
Street Grading, Village Pro3ect No. 366Ao Emerson Avenue from 64th
Street to 65th Street.

WIITBRF.AS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $7,482,07,
WMERBAS, other costs incurred are $2,180.25,
NOfN•THBREFORE, BE IT RBSOLVED by the Village Council of the V311age of
Richfield, as follows:
1, That the cost of street grading on Bmerson Avenue from 64th
Street to 65th Street to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $7064,.31, and therefore this sum wi11 be assessed against the
property benefited thereby,
2. That the cost of street grading on 64th Street from Emerson
Avenue to T,FI. 35W to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$2,598,D1, and therefore this sum will be assessed against the property
benefited thereby,
3,, The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessabl~''•
lot, piece9 or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation9
as provided by law, and he sha11 file a copy of such proposed assessme`t
in his office for public inspection, .
4•, The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment, •
