RESOLUTION DECL~ARTNG COSTS OP BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OP PROPOSED ASSESSA2BNT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT NOo 372
WHEREAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1959zz
Storm Sewerz East 67th Street from Columbus Avenue to Park Avenue0
WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $3,179®70, and
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $588®86®
NOW THEREPORB, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, as foliowsz
1, The costs of the construction of such storm sewer to b e specially
assessed are hereby declared to be $3,768056, and therefore. that sum
will be assessed against the property benefited thereby0
20 The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuati®n,
as provided by law, and he shall f lie a copy of such proposed assessment
in his office for public inspection0
3® The clerk sha11 notify the council upon completion of such
geed assessment®
