RBSOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 12, 1960 ON PROPOSED
ASSBSSMBNT POR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 369
WHERBAS, by Resolution No. 2249 passed by the council on the 8th day
of August, 1960, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Project No. 369
and
WHEREAS, the village cierlc has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in-
spection.
NOW TF~ERBPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as foiiowss
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September,
1960, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hail, at 7x15
P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place
all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
~ opportunity to b e heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount
of~ $17,327.87. ~•
