WHERi3AS, the following,.cvnstructionuas performed during the year 1959s
Storm Sewer: West 71st Street from Augsburg Avenue to Harriet
Avenue,. Augsburg Avenue from West 71st Street to West 70th.
StSCe~t. Garfield Avenue from West 71st Street to West 70th
Street.
Wt~ER,BAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $is,592,~6, and
WHBREAS, other costs incurred are $1,735.41.
NOW THBREPORB9 BE I T RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as foiiowsa
1. The costs of the construction of said storm sewer to be special
1y assessed are hereby declared to be $179327,87, and therefore that
gum wi11 be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2a The village clerk sha11 forthwith calculate the proper amount
to b e specially assessed for sorb improvement against every assessable
to t9 pie9 or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and he shall f lie a copy of such proposed assessment

3' The clerk sha11 notify the council upon completion of such
