RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS 1t~ BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 338.
WIffiREAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1959a
Storm Sewers Alley from 66th Street to 67th Street and from
Upton Avenue to Thomas Avenues

~IBREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $1,897.95, and
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $48~a53,
NOW THERBPORE, BE I T RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf ieid as f oilows a
1. The costs of the construction of said storm sewer to be speciai-
ly assessed is lie~eby declared to be $2,38~s48, and therefore that sum
w~11 be assessed°~gainst the property benefited thereby.
Zo The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable
lots piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and he shah file a copy of such proposed assess
vent in his office for public inspection. '.
3s The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessments
