RESOLUTION DECLARING COS15 TO BE ,ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 338 ~''s~
Ft~REAB, the following construction was performed dining the year 1959s
Storm Sewer: ~+7th Street from Washburn Avenue to Queen Avenue

WfTERBAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $22,~21a199 a~ad
iNHEREAS, ®ther costs incurred are $39012.89.
NOW THEREFORE, BE YT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield s.s follows:
1. The costs of the construction of said storm sewer to be special
iy assessed are hereby declared to be $25943.08, and therefore that sum
will be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2. The village cierlt shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such impr®vement against every assessable
iot9 piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assess
meant in his off ice for public inspection.
