PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR STDEWALR CONSTRUCTION,
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 38~
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2208 passed by the council on the 11th day
of July, 1960, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost .of the assessment ro11., Village Project No, 38~°,
and
GdHBRePiS, the vi ling a clerk has notified the counci 1 that such pro-
posed assessment has been compie ted and filed in his office for public
iMSpection.
N0~1 THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota, as foilowsa
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 2nd day of August, 1960,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hail at 7x15 oeciock
P.M, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place
ail persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
~. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed ass'~essment to be published twice in the off ici-
al newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he sha11 state
in the notice. the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount
of $3,064.28.
