RESOLUTION CALLINv HEARINO ON AUGUST 22, 1960 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR CONCRL~TB PAVEMENT AND CiIRB AND GUTTER CON-
STRUCTION, VILLAGB PROJECT N0, 365
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2226, passed by the council on the 25th day of
July, 1960, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed ass~ess:-
ment of the cost of the assessment roil, Viiiage Project No. 365, and
WHER$AS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspec-
t ion.
NOW THEREFORE, BB TT RBSOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows.t
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of August, 1960,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Viiiage Hali at 7115 o'clock
P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time anti place
all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in
the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$25,31$e6$. .

day of July, 1960.
