RESOLUTION DECLARING COrTS TQ BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PRE-
PARATION OF PROPOSED ASS~ESSA'~NT ROLL FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 365
WHEREAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1959:
Concrete pavement and curb and gutter on 66th St. from 1st Ave,
South to Cedar Ave.
WHEREAS, Village share of contract costs have been paid in the suaa of
$95,864.91.
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $13,60607$.
NOW TI.3ET3EPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf ie ld as f o 11ows
l® That the cost of concrete pavement and curb and gutter on
66th St0 from 1st Ave. S. to Cedar Ave0 to be specially
assessed is hereby declared to be at least 80% of total
cost or $25,318.64, and therefore this sum will be assessed
against private~.y owned property benefited thereby.
8. That said assessments shall run for a period of ten years0
3. The village cler2c shall farthwith calcu3.a~e the proper
amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against
every assessable lot, piece,~or parcel of land affected with..
otxt regard to cash valuations as provided by law, and he shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspection,
4. The c1erY~ sha11 notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
