RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS-~ BE ASSESSBD AND ORDBRING
PRBFARA,TION OP PROPOSED A5SESS~lBNT FOR VILLAGB PROJECT
N0. 364
~VfiERBt~S,.the Village Council has heretofore ordered work done by day labor
for the improvement of all streets and allege in the V311age of Richfield
known as.Viilage Project No„ 364, 1959 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling
Program, and
WHBRBAS', the net cost of construction of Village Project No„ 364 has been
determined to be $1539074®47, and of this cost the Village of Richfield will
pay $38,626,17 as its share of the cost including its share as a property
owner, and
WHBREAS, it has been determined that there is a total of ::839,874x6 as.~ess-~
able front feet against which the foregoing costs shall be assessed
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bq the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1® That the cost of Village Project No® 364 to be specially
ass:ess~ed is hereby declared to be $114,448g30m
2, That the ass~~essable front feet against which such costs sha11
be assessed is hereby declared to be 839,874060
3. That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared
to be fourteen cents (0.14 )e
4. That the village cleric sha11 forthwith calculate the pro
per amount to be specially assessed for Village Project Noo 364 against
each lot, piece and parcel of land within the Village of Richfield affect~d8
without regard of cash valuation,. as provided by law®
So The Village Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed
assessment, file a copq thereof in his office for public inspection, and
shall notify the Village Council®
