UJHEREAS~s by Resolution No, 2222 gpass-ed by the council on the 25th
day of July, 1960, the village clerk was directed to prepare ~. proposed
a.ss~ess~ment of the cost of the ass:~ssment ro11s Village Project Nos 362, and
VVHHEREASa the village clert~ has notified the council that such prom
posed assessment ~.s been completed and filed in his office for public in®
spection.
NOfnT THEREFORE, BE IT RBSOI.VED by the `'tillage council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota, a~ fo liowds
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 22'nd day of August' 196®a
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at ~:15 PsM. to paste
txpc~z~ such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persorns owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity ~ be
heard with reference to such improvements
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to c ,use a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
new~iaper at least two weeks prior to the hearings and he sham state in
the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$13s895s22,
