Storm Sewer Crossing at '78th. Street at 13th Avenue

LdHBRHA.S, contract posts have been paid in the sum of $10,72`7.0®, and
WIE~RPAS, other costs` incurred are ~3,1b8.22.
NO~V THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as' follows:
1. The costs of the construction of stosrdra sewer crossing at
:98th:•~t® and 13th Ave, to be special iy assessed is hereby declared to be
$13,895,22 and therefore that sum will' be assessed against the property
benefited thereby.
2. That said assessment shale run for a period of five years®

3. The village clerl~ shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be socially ~.ss~ssed far such improvement agains.ir~ every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
as p~~'~3:tied by law, and he sha11 f ile a c opy of such proposed assessment
in hs.s office for public inspection.
4, The clerk sha11 notify the council upon completion.of such
proposed assessment.
