RBSOLUTION DECLARING COST5 Tb BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR VILLAGE

WHEREAS:, the following construction was performed during the year 19591
Sidewalk construction ont
North aide of 66th St® from First Ave. to 20th Ave®
t+~RBAS, contract costa: have been paid in the sum of $13,368s11.

N~ THERBFORE, HB IT RESOLVED by the Village Council~of the Village of
Richfield as follow~z .
1, That the cost of sidewalk construction on the north aide of
66th St® from 1st Avee.'td 20th Ave. to be specially assessed' is hereby
declared to be 20% of te~tal cost or $3064.28, and therefore this sua~
wilS be assessed against property benefited thereby,
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable
lotf piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and he shall file a copy .of such proposed assessment
in has office for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall' notify the council upon completion of such prom
posed assessment.
