RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PC~~ i"'LION CLASSES AND SETTING
THE ANNUAL SCHEDTJLE OP PAY AND COMPENSATION RATBS POR
VILLAGE EMPLOYEES UNDER THE PERSONNEL MERIT SXSTEM
ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, Ordinance Noe 12,.01, the Personnel. Merit System Ordinance4 pro-
vides for the establishment of ciasses~ of positions schedule of pay,
and compensation rates far individual employees, all in the administra-
tion service of the village government, and
WHEREAS9 Salary appropriations have been made for individual employees
in the budget for 1960,
N~ THEREFORE, BE IT RBSOLVED that the village council do and hereby
does establish for the year 1960 the foilo~ing class of position and
schedule of pay for such position for the village service, sub3ect to
the personnel merit system ordinance effective July 1, 1960,
