..WHBRBASo this counciY has on the date hereof and acting pursuant to
Minne.1so4a Statues of 1949, Section 482,01, Subd. 10 ciassif led certain proper-
ties in the Village of Richfield, appearing on Classif ication List No• 482-C,
January 260 1960, as non~•conservation land and approved the sale thereof; and
WHBRBAS, it appears that certain lands shown in said list are needed
by the Village of Richf~.eld for street purposes and appear to be~ within the
right~of®tivay limits of existing streets and alleys or extensions of existing
streets and alleys;
NOW, THBREFORB, BE IT RESOLVEDo by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield as foliowss
1• The mayor and manager are hereby authorised and directed to make
application to the Department of Taxation0 pursuant to the provisions of Minne-
sota Statutes of 1949, Section 282,01 for conveyance to file Village of Richfield
for street and al.iey purposes for the following tracts of -land, to wits
That part of Section 32, lbwnship 28 o Range 24, described as
foilows~ "S. 23 7/10 ft. of. E• 1/4 of SB 1/4'of NB 1/4o and
N, 36 3/10 ft. of E. 1/4 of NB 1/4 of SB 1/4, except street".
