tA1HERBAS', the Village Gounc~ii of the Village of Richfield, Hennepins

County, Minnesota, has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County,
Minnesota, a Yist of lands in said village which became the property of the
State of Minnesota under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of
sands to the State for nonmpayment of taxes, which said list has been desig-
nated as Classif ication List 482~C, January 26, 19608 and
WIiEREAS, e~.ch parcel of land described in said list has heretofore
been classif led by the Board of County Commissioners bf H~n~epin"Countys Minne~
sots, as non®conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been author-
iced by said Board of County Commissionersa
N01N, THBREPORE, BB IT RESOLVED, by said Village Council, acting purer
scant to Minnesota Statues for 1949, Section 282.01, 5ubd. 1, that the said
classif ication by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land
described in said list as nbn-conservation land be and the same is hereby ap-
proved and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the saw is here
by approvedA
