RESOLUTION NO. 2134
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING OF TRANSPER PROM CONTINGENCY APPRO-
PRIATION TO TH~.CIVIL DBPBNSB CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNT OP THE
GSNBRAL FUND
WfIBRBA~, It is hereby determined that certain radio equipment is necessary
for Civil Defense purposes, and
S~RBAS, No appropriation was made for such equipment in the 1960
budget.
NOW THERBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Counci]: of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesotan
1. That an appropriated amount of $860®00 be transferred
from the Contingency Appropriation to the Givil Defense Capital
Outlay account of the general fund.
2. That the Director of Finance 35 hereby authorized and
directed to bring into effect the provisions of this resolution.
