WHEREAS, this Council did on or about November 12, 1959
~.~authorize the purchase of the premises known as~616 East 66th
Street for the sum of Twenty®four Thousand ($24,000000) Dollars
~:_(which property is more particularly described in Certificate
of Title No 0 65812, except the north 225 feet thereof) , and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Manager have executed a purchase
agreement to purchase said property for said sum, and
WHEREAS, this Counci]. is informed that the action of the
Council in authorizing such purchase is not recorded in the
minutes of a council meeting, and
WHEREAS, payment of the purchase price under said agree-
-.. ~~m~ent is now due,
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
is The purchase of the property hereinbefore mentioned
is hereby expressly authorized, ratified and confirmede
2a The mayor, manager, finance officer and attorney are
hereby authorized and directed to take such steps as may be
.:necessary to complete such purchase in accordance with the
terms of said agreement of November 12, 1959®
