RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF LAND AT 702

BE IT RB50LVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richf fields Henne®
pin Countye as follows to wit;
.la It is hereby determined to be necessary and e9cpedient to the public
he~.ithe safetys conveniences prosperity and general welfare to acquire for
ps.rk purposes the North 250 feet of the premises known as 702 East 66th Stos
more particularly described in Certificate of Title Noa 92063 of the files
of the Regis tray of Titles of Hennepin County®
2, The owners of said property have offered to sell the same to the
Village in accordance with the provisions of sn earnest money contract dated
February 3s 19608 such earnest money contrs.ct is hereby given Clerk°s File
C®577a and ordered to be pissed on file®
3a Such offer is hereby determined to be a fair and reasonable offer
and the same is hereby ac~,epted~ The mayor and manager are hereby author®
ized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf of the Villages and
the mayors managers finance officer and attorney are hereby authorized and
directed to take such action as may be necessary to complete such purchase
of said property in accordance with the terms of said agreement and this
resolution®
~0 X11 sums payable as the purchase price for the purchase of said
property shall be paid out of and charged against the Capital Improvements
Fund®
