RESOLUTION NOa 2066 ,
RESOLUTION CREATII~ CAP TTAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND
BE IT RE~LVBD by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
im That there is hereby created a Capital Improvements
Fund,
2. That net earnings as available from the operation of
the municipal liquor stores in excess of amounts budgeted
for general government operations be transferred to such
fund.
3. That these monies shall be. used on order of the council
for such improvements as park acquisition and improvee
meat, improvement on village hall, a public safety build-
ing, municipal swimming pool and emergency purposes,
