RESOLUTION DIRECTING SANITARY SL+WLR FUND #1 AND MUD LAKE
FUND TO B8 CLOBED AND UNOBLIGATED BALANCT3S TRANSF8RR8D
TO VTLLAGB PROJECT N0. 368 AND 374 CONSTRt~TION PUNDS
WHEREAS, A11 engineering costs on~the installation~of the sanitary sewer system
are hereby determined as complete, and
WHEREAS, A.li.costs for the acquisition of land in the completion of storm
sewer Districts D, E and D3 draining into Legion CMud) Lake as authorized by
resolution `on October 9, 1950 have been determined complete as per resolution
Noa 1426, dated September 23, 1957, and
Wl~REAS, Financing of thy: costs on Village Project No. 368 and 374 Construc-
tion Funds are necessary,
NOW THEREFORE, BB TT RESOLVED By the Village Cou~.cil of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That "Sanitary Sewer Fund ~1" be hereby closed and a cash balance"of
$1224.32•transferred to the Village Project No. 374 Construction Fundg and
the remaining cash balance of $1288.75 trar~.sferred to the Village Project
No® 368 Construction Fund.
2. That "Mud Lake Fund" be hereby closed and the cash balance of $1?83.60
transferred to Village Project No. 368 Construction Fund.
3. That the manager and Director of Finance be directed and authorized to
bring into effect the provisions of this resolution.
