RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR SERVTCL~
OF FISCAL AGENT

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, as follows;:
1. The proposed agreement between the Village of Richfield
and T. G. Evensen ~ Associates, Inc. providing for the services
of the latter as f~.scal agent for the Village is k~ereby .given
Clerkts File NO, 5592 and ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient
to the general welfare of the Village to enter into said agree-
ment and said agreement is hereby approvedo
3. The mayor and manag-er a~i~-ire-r~-a~tt"~~r-~ ~ ~ e-ct~d
to execute said agreement for and an behalf of the Village of
Richf field.
4. All sump payable to the fiscal agent pursuant to the
terms of said agreement shall be paid, in each case, out of the
proceeds of the bond sale for which the fiscal agentTS services
are used.
