RESOLUTION CIASING VILLAGE PROJBCT N0. 347 AND TRAN5-
FERRING ALL BALANCES TO THB PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT
REVOLVING PUND
WHEREAS, Resolution Noe 1517 dated March 10, 1958 established Village
Project No@ 347 Construction Pond, and
WHEREAS, the above resolution also directs that ail monies to be paid
out of said construction fund are to be transferred from the permanent
improvement revolving fund,, and
WHERBASs all. special-~.ssessments are to be used to reisr~burse said Per-
manent Revolving Punch and
WIIERE,AS' ail construction costs are paid and levied by Resolution X11943,
dated August 10, 1959 against benefitted property,
NOW THBRBPORE, BE IT RBSOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That all accounts in said Village Project Noo 347 Construction Pund
shall be transferred to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Pund.
2. That Village Project No, 347 Construction Pund is hereby closed.
3m That the manager and director of finance are hereby authorized and
-directed to put into effect the provisions of this resolution.

of November, 1959.
