RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF LOTS 19 and 20y
BLOCK 7, WOODLAKE SHORES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richf field,
Hennepin County, as follows, to wit:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
public health, safety, convenience, prosperity and general welfare to
acquire for park and other municipal purposes the following described
property, to wits
LOTS 19 and 20, BLOCK ?, WOODLAKE SHORES.
2. The owners of said lots have offered~to sell the same to the
Village of Richf field for the sum of $1,191.75, and said offer is
hereby determined to be a fair and reasonable price for the purchase
of said lots and the same is hereby accepted.
3. The Mayor, Manager, Finance Off icer, and Attorney are hereby
authorized and directed to purchase said lots in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
4. The purchase price and expenses incident to the acquisition
of said lots shall be charged against and paid out of the Park Fund
to be covered by permanent transfer of funds from surplus monies of the
Liquor Store Fund.
