It is hereby determined' to be necessary and expedient to the public he~.lth, safety, convenience, prosperity and general waif are to acquire for pane and other municipal purposes the following described tract of land in the Village of Richf laid, State of Minnesota~a ail of the tract hereinaf ter described, except the North 250 ft. thereof , to wit s That part of the West one®half (Wz ) of the Northwest one®quarter (NWT) of Section 26, Township 28 North, Range 24 West described as foliowss Beginning at a point on the east and west centerr line of said Section 430.3 feet East of the West Quarter cornerg thence north parallel with the West line of said section 509®12 feet; thence Bast parallel with the East and West center line of said Section 135 feet, thence South paraile~; with the West line of said Section 509W12 feet to the Bast and West center line of said Section; thence West along the Fast and West center line of saiS;Section 135 feet to the point of beginnings Sub,~ect to right4of~way for Bast 66th Street across the Southerly 33 feet of said tract. 2, The owners of said property9 having offered and agreed to eels s~,mc pursuant to the provisions of the purchase agreement, dated October 19, 195, for the sum of Twenty Two Thousand Pive Hundred ($23,500) Dollars said ~~rchase agreement is hereby given clerk°s file No, and is ordered to be,p~.a.ced on ' file. 3.
