DETERMINING TOTAL AMOUNTS THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ASSESSED AGAINST 'CERTAIN
PARCELS OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS TF-'SUCH PROPERTIES HAD BEEN SUBJECT TO
ASSESSMENT AT THE TIME OF DETERMINATION BY THE VILLAGE TAUNCIL OF THE
AMOUNTS TO BE ASSESSED IN THE MATTER a OF THE Il~'ROVEMENTS N.~+D IN THE
FOLLOWING SCHEDULES Alm DIRECTING THE VILL~,GE GLERK TO PREPARE AN ABSTRACT
SHOWING THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH PARCEL OF LAND FORFEITED TO THE STATE FOR
NON PAYMENT OF TAXES AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT ~ULD HAVE BEEN ASSESSED
AGAINST EACH .PARCEL IF IT HAD BEEN SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENTS AND DIRECTING
SAID VILLAGE CLERK TO CERTIFY THE SAME TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR PURSUANT TO
THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 3915 LAWS OF MINNESOTAS 191

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council, of the Village of Richfields Minnesotan
WHEREASs at the time of the determination by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield of the total amounts of money to be assessed in the proceedings
of the improvements listed belows certain parcels of land had bean forfeited
to the state and were Cherefore not subject to ass®ssm®ntS
NOWs THEREFORES Pursuant to Chapter 3915 Laws of Minnesota 191~1s the Village
Council does hereby determine that each of the paroels of land hereinafter
described would have been assessed the amounts set opposite each such described
paroels if such parcel had not been tax forfeited lands and Cher®fore not
subject to assessments and the Village Council does hereby determine that each
of said parcels has been benefited in an amount equal to and in excessof the
amounts set opposite each of said parcelss

The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make ~n abstract showing the descrip®
tion of eaoh parcel of land forfeited to the state for non payment of taxes
at the time of the determination by the Village Council of the amounts to be
assessed in these proceedings and showings in accordance with this resolutions
the total amount that .would have been assessed against each such parcel of
land if it had been sub3ect to assessmento The said Village Clerk shall
certify such abstract to the County Auditor of Hennepin County .for presentation
to the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County®
