RESOLUTION FROVIDRNG ,'FAXES POR PAXMENT OP HONDS COVERING
THE VILLAGE ASSUMED SHARB OF SPECIAL ASSESSMBNT PROJECT
N0. 336
VVH$RBAS,.certain improvements .known as pavement, curb and gutter construe
tion, have been ordered, total' costs determined and are being assessed, and
WHBRBAS, resolution No. 1976 dated September 14, 1959 directed. the issuance
and sale of improvement bonds to provide permanent financing for construction, and
trtIHBR'EAS~, total cosh of Vilia,~e Pro3ect Noo 336 has been finairy determined
at $47,385.21 of which:$•14'~~$;1C6`''~:s assessed on resolution No. 1942 dated August
10, 1959 against benef ited properties, and
WHS~r•these costs not assessed in the amount of $33,107.05 are being
assessed as the Village share, and
WHEREAS it is hereby determined to levy an ad valorem tax which, together
with'the collection of special assessments will produce an amount of at least
-'S% in excess of the amounts needed to meet when due the principal and interest
payments on the bonds issued to meet the above construction costs.
NOW THEREPORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village pf
Richfield as foilowss
1. That there shall be levied upon ail the taxable property in the
village a direct ad valorem tax which shall be spread upon the tax roils and
collected with and as a part of other general taxes of the village, which tax
is in the years and amounts• as foilowss

Bach of -said levies shalx be irrepealable, provided
the right to reduce said levies in the manner and to

2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the
County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified copy of this r esolution together
with such information as. the County Auditor may require.
