RESOLUTION AU1I~i0RIZING BXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH
DROTZMAN, OLSON & CO. POR AUDITING SERVICES TO COVER
THE 1959 PI.L YEAR
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richf ie1d, as
f o 11ows-:
1. A signed agreement dated and approved August ZS, 1958
'between Drotzmann, Olson & Co, and the Village of
Richf field providing for a general audit of the f inan-
ciai transactions of the Village of Richf field for the
year ending December 31, 1958, has been given Clerk's
File Nos 5581 •
2, It is hereby determined that it is necessary and ex-
pedient to the public welfare to enter into a similar
agreement for the year ending December 31, 1959 and
the mayor, manager and clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to take steps as may be necessary to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the Village. The
Village Manager is hereby authorized to take sucY~
further steps as may be necessary to give effect to
the provisions of said agreements
3. Ail sums pursuant to the provisions of amid agreement
shall be paid out of such monites as-are appropriated
annually by the Village Council and from seifmsupport~
ing funds.
