WHEREAS, the villagq clerk has notified the council that snob. `~i~c-
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for
gublic inspection,
NOW THFREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Vi1].age Council of the V3.13ag~
of Richf3,eld, Minnesota, as fo3lows ~
1, A public hearing shall be held .on the 28th day of Sep~emb~er, 1959,
in the cound.l chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at .7 tl~ p,m, to.
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and p7aoe ~~_ .
persons awning property affected by such improvement will be g3.ven~aii
opportunity to be heard with reference to such ir~rovement: _
2, The village clerk is hereby cl.irected to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice i'n the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he .
shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the impsravs~
meet in the amount of $8,008.03,
