RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED SAND ORDERING PRF~-
PAR~T'SON OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR TIILLAGE PROJECT N0, 3581
~HEREIIS, the following construction was performed during the gear 1959II
Storm Sewer Construction
Beginning at the Southwest property corner of Lot 7, Block 3:
Wexlerls Addition; thence Northerly along the West property
line of Lots 7, b, 5, ?~, 3, 2 and 1, B1oak 3, and Lots $, 7,
6, 5, Z~, 3 and 2, Hlock 2, Wexlerls Addition to the Southwest
property corner of Lot 1, Block 2, WexlerlsAddition; thence
Easterly along said lot line to the centerline of 18th Avenue
South; thenoeSoutherly along said centerline to a point
approximately 137.911 South of the centerline of East 66th
Street; thence Easterly on a line parallel with and approx-
imately 137..911 South of the centerline of Fast both Street
to the East line of Cedar Avenue; thence Southerly along said
East line to the North triangular corner of apart of 6300++;
thence Easterly and Southerly along the East property line
of ++Part of 6300++ to a point approximately 75~ North of the
South property line of said ~+Part of 6300++; thence Westerly
on a line para].].el with and approximately 1051 North of the
centerline of East 6$th Street to the centerline of Cedar
Avenue; thence continuing Westerly along the Sauth property
line of Lot 7, Block 2.t, Lot 10, Block !~, and Let 7, Block 3~
Wexler 1s Addition to the point of beginnings
WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of ~b,b25.96.
WI~REAS, other costs incurred are ~1,382e07.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the 9i11age of
Richfield as follows:
1. The cost of storm sewer construction, Vi,l],age Pro3ect No, 358-~.,
in the aforementioned area, to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be #8,008.03, and therefore that sum will be assessed against the
property benefited thereby.
2, The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as
provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment
in his office far public inspection.
3. The clerk sha11 notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessments
