RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON_SEPTEP+IDER 28, 1959
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY SEWII~ CONSTRUCTION,
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 357, 357~A, 357-»8, & 357-0

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 19~ passed by the council on the 2l~th
day of August, 1959, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the Assessment Roll, Village Project Nos. 357,
357 ~, 357-B, and 357-0.
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in-
specticn.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village~of
Richfield: Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 28th day of September, 1959,
in the council. chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7x15 o~cloak
P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place
all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall.
state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the
amount of X358,361.20.
