WHEREAS, other costs incurred are X38,307.62. .~ ~ -~- 3 NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as follows: 1. That the cost of Sanitary Sewer Construction, Village Project No. 35?, 35?-A, 357-B and 357-~C, in the aforementioned area, to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be X358,361.20, and therefore this sum will be assessed against the property benefited thereby. 2. The village clerk sha11 forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, ae provided by law, and he sha11 file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3.
