1959-1950r~~F~ RESOLUTION No. 1950 RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 14, 1959 ON PROPOSED ASSESSI~~NT FOR STORM SEW.~R CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE PROJECT No. 358. t~HEREAS, by x.esolution Nv. 199 gassed by the council on the 10th day of August, 1959, the visage clerk was directed to preuare a proposed assessment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Project No. 358, and «iEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection, NOW Tf-~EEREFORE, BE IT .i~ES©LVED by the Village Council of the Vil~.age of ~Zichfield, Minnesota, as follows: 1. A public hearing shall be held on the 14th day of September, 1959, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Ha~.l at 7:15 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement. 2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twia~e in the official newspaper at least two weelcs prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the im- provement in tine amount of $68,088.72.
