NbW THEREFORE, BE xT RESOLVED by-the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
lq That the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Pro~ect-No. 3~8, in
the aforementioned area, to be specially assessed i.s hereby d®c].ared to be
X68,088,72, and therefore this sum will be assessed against the property
benefited therebyo
20 The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specialty assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece.,
or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspectiono
