RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER ].l;., 1959 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SE +' , VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 348 - 3~t8A
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.. 1947 passed by the council on the 10th day
of August, 1959, .the village clerk was directed to prepare a propose d
assessment t~f the cost of the assessment roll, Village Project No. 348 -
348A 4
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed.
assessment-has been completed and filed in his office for public in-
spection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, ~'linnesota, as follows
is A public hearing shall be held on the 11a.th day of Septembers 1959 ~
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7;15 P.M. to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvements
2, The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hear-
ing on the proposed assessment to be publishe d twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount
of $1l~0, 000 A00 s
