NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Vil],age.Council of the Village of
Richfield as followsa
1. That the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No, .3}~8., .3.ri. the•
aforementioned area, to be specially assessed is hereby d®olared to be ~~~3~82«17,
and therefore this sum will be assessed against the property. benefited thereby..
2, That the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No..3~8-~y..in
the aforementioned area, to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$67,717$3, and therefore this sum will be assessed against the property
benefited thereby.
3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to b®
spe°cially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, .piece,
or parcel of land affected without regaxd to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment ,in his.- office for
