1. A proposed amendment to an agreement hereto~~~~ nt~~red ,,;
into between the Village of Richfield and the Village o~ ~looin~.~lgton
entitled an ~~Amendment to Agreement between the Village of Richfie~.d
and the Village of Bloomington, relating to the interconnection of
Sanitary SewersYO, is hereby given Clerkts file No. s~ss4 , and is
ordered placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to
the public health, safety, convenience, prosperity, and public wel-
fare of the Village of Richfield to enter into said agreement with
the Village of Bloomington..
3. The Village manager and Niayor are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of the Village
of ,`Richfield, and the Village Clerk is authorized and directed to
affix the Village seal thereto.
