1~ That the Village Clerk has, !with the assistance of tee Village ,~gineer, calculated
the proper amounts to be assessed for the .grading of street, Village. Project No. 3`63,
against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel_ of land specially benefited thereby
iri~ :accordance with the provisions of law, and. the proposed assessment so made up was •
filed with the Vil~.age clerk far more than 15 days prior to the assessment hearing
and was open to public inspection at a17. time$ during .said period..
2.- That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held asi
required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon. the proposed assessment.
3., That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present the5.r
ob~ectionss 3.f~any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public
he~rin
!~~ ``--That the Village council has heretofor®, duly a sta~bliehed V3.llage Project No. 363,
and after carefully considering all the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece or
parcel of land and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and determined and
hereby declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included in .said
pro~aos~ed assessment roll teas improved by reason of .the construction of said Qillage
Project No. 3tt3. anal has been and. is specially benefited. in the amount set'•out in
sa3.d proposed asse.~ssment roll opposite each.auch lot, piece or parcel of land.
5.'' The proposed total assessment in the amount of ~11,].~0.17 is hereby affirmed
adapted, and eonfix~ed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment •hre
affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment fAr each of 'sa~:c~, lots,
pieces, or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set"aut-fie h®reby ~ev3:ed
against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein described..
6,', Sa3:d. aaseesmerit is hereby'affirr~ed, adopted, -confirmed and shall be certified by
the~'Village clerk and•filedin his offic®, and shall thereupon: be and constitute the
special asretesieMt~ for said: Street Grading, Village Project No. 363. -
~'.`~ The assessment with, accruing interest, shall be a lien upon the property included
therein,-, cc~current with general taxes, and shall be payable inequal annual. install-
ments.`~ex~x~ding over a period of 20 years. The first installment shall be payable
on the f~;rst Monday 3n Jant~ery< of 1960. 'All assessments shall.- bear..interest at the
rate of .b~ per annum. To the first installment s hall be added interest on the entire
assessment from-the date of this resolution until December 31, 1960, To each subse-
quent installment shall be added interest for one. year on all. unpaid irista].lments:
A17. a~ssesssments and interest thereon shall be collected and .paid-over in the same.
manner'as other municipal taxes.
