RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 3~7
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Rennep3n County,.

lm That the Village Clerk has;. with the assistance of the V3;7~1age Engine®r calculated
the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of Village Pro~ec~ No.,. 3t~7;
consisting of the annual Street Improvement and Oil3xig Program for the year 1958,.
agaiynst every assessable lot, piece, and parcel of land specially~benef~:ted thereby
in accordance with the provisionsof law, and the proposed assessment so made e~p
was filed with the Village Clerk for more than 15 days. prior to the assessment
hearing and was open to public inspection at all times during sad:period.~
2~~ That notice has been duly published and a public hearing here~tofare duly held.

3. That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their
ob3ections, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said
public hearing,
~:, That the Village Council has heretofore duly established Village Pro3ect Noy 3~7
aid after carefu7.ly considering all tk~e facts, the benefits to each lot, piece, or
parcel of land, and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and determined
and hereby declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included 3n
said proposed assessment roll was improved by reason of the construction of said
Village Pro3ect No. 34? and has been and is specially benefited in the amount set
out in said proposed assessment roll opposite each such lot, piece, or parcel of
land.
5, The proposed total assessment in the amount of X131,269.27 is hereby affirmed
adopted, and confirmed, and the sums fixed and named in. said proposed assessment are
affirmed, adopted, and confirmed as the proper special assessment for a ach of said
lots pieces, or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set out is hereby
levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein described.
6, Said assessment so affirmed, adopted, and confirmed shall be certified by the
Village clerk and filed i:n his office, and shall thereupon ~. azzd constitute the
special assessment for said 1958 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program,
Village Project Noe 34?..
7e The amount assessed against each lot, piece, or parcel of land shall bear ~.nterest
from the date hereof until the same has been paid at the rate of 0~ per annum
8, That such assessments shall be .payable in one annual installment payable pn the
first day of January to be collected with taxes collectible during said year by the
County Auditoro
