RESOLUTYON AUTHORIZING'EXECtJTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH THE METROPOLITAN AIliPORTS COMMISSION FOR
SANITARY SEWER EAS~EMFaNT.

BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows
:~
1. A proposed agreement between the Minneapolis-St.Paul
Airports Commission and the Village of ;Zichfielda
dated July 27th, 1959, providing for sasemextt across
Metropolitan Airports Commission property for Villa~e
sanitary sewer, is hereby given Clerk's File No. ss~,3,_,,,,,,,, '~
and is ordered placed on file.
Z. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient . .
to the public health., safety, convenience, prosperity,
and public welfare of the Village of -Rlchf field to
enter into such an agreement.
3. The Village Nlayor and Nlana~er are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the- Village of ~{ichf field.
