1959-1929r~~ RESOLUTION N0. 1929 RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 355m2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield9 Hennepin County, Minnesota9 as follows 1. That the Village tCl.erk hasp w ith the assistance of the Village Engineer9 calculated the pr er -amounts to b® assessed for the construction of Storm Sewers Village Project No. 3505-2~ against e~err~ assessable lots piece, or paroel of land specially benefited thereby in accordance with the provisions of lave and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with the Village clerk for more than 15 days prior to the assessment hear- ing and was open to public inspection at all times during said period. 2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessment. 3. That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present the$.r ob3ections9 if anye to such proposed assessor®nt or to any item thereof at said public hearing. I~, That the Village council has heretofore duly established Village Project Nos 3.55°'2s and after carefully considex^ing all the facts, the benefits to each lots piece or parcel of land and fully advising 'itself in the premises has found and determined and hereby declares that each and evex°~r lots pieces or parcel of land included in said proposed assessment roll was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Pro3ect Nv. 355®~ and has been and is specially benefited in the amount set out in said proposed assessment roll opposite each such lots piece or parcel of land, 5. The proposed assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, and confirmed and the sums. fixed and named 3.n said proposed assessor®nt are affirmede adopt®d and confirmed as the proper special assessment for eaoh of said lotse pieces or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set out is hereby levied against eaoh of the respective lotsa pieces8 or parcels of land th®reiga described0 6. Said assessment is hereby affirmed adopted confirm®d and shall be certified by the Village clerk and filed in his offices and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for said Storm Sewer Construction Villag® Project No. 355m2. 7. The assessment with accruing interests sha].1 ~ a lien upon the property included th©rein9 concurrent with general taxese and sha11 be payable in®qual annual installd manta extending over a period of 10 years The first installment shall be payable on the first Monday ire January of 1960. All.assessa~nts shall bear interest at the rate of 6~ per annum. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date. of this resolution until Deoember 31a 1960. To each subse- quent installment shall ~ added interest for one year on all unpaid installments A11 assessments and interest that®on shall be collected and paid®over in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
