RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ENGINEERING COST
OF A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM

Be it hereby resolved by the Village C~uncii of the Village of
Ric3~fieid that the payment to Orr-Schelen Inc. not to exceed

$15500.00 as per agreement dated April 30, 1959, authorized by
council motion April 2?, 1959, Item X35 in the minutes, for
'"engineering services for preliminaxq report--water system!" be
paid from and out of available funds of the Sewer Operating Fund,
to be charged to the-Water Utilities Fund when and if such a sys~
tem is installed in the Village of Richf ieid.
