jaHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1910 passed by the council on the
13th day of July, 1959, the village~c erk was directed~to prepare a
proposed assessment of the cost of the Assessment Roll, Village
Project No. 363 and
WHEREAH, the village clerk has notified the council that such
proposed assessment has been complc:•~eci and filed in his office for
public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be'.zeld on the 10th day of August,
1959, in the council chambers of tk~e Richfield Village Hall at
?:15 otclock p.m. to pass upon suc'.~ proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning ~operty affected by such improve-
ment will be given an opportunity `.:o be heard with reference to such
improvement.
2. The village cleric is herE' ~- directed to cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed asses~:.._~r~•L to be published twice in the
official newspaper at least two wE-.': prior to the hearing, and he
shall state in the notice the tot2.-_. assessable cost of the improve-
ment in the amount of $11,150.00.
