Richfield as foilowst
1. The cost of street grading of Queen Ave« from 66th St. to 67th
St.. to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $11,150.00, and
therefore that sum will be assessed against the property benefited there-
by. '
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcel of land affected without regard'to cash valuation, as
provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in
his office for public inspection.
3. The cler2c shall notify the council upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.
