1959-1909rRBSOLUTION N©. 1909 RESOLUTION CALLING HBPiRING ON AUGUST 10, 1959 ON PRO~- POSBD ASSBSSMENT POR STRBBT GRADING, VILLAGB PROJBCT N0. 350 WHERHAS, by Resolution No. ~ passed by the council on the 13th day of July, 1959, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Pro3ect No. 350, and it~IBREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment his been completed and filed in his office for public inspec- tion. NOW THBREPORB, BB IT RBSOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota, as fo 11ows: 1. A public hearing sha].1 be held on the 10th day of August, 1959, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall,. at ?:15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and pi ace all per- sons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an op- portunity to be heard with reference to such improvement. 2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice_of the ___ hearing on the proposed assessment ~bo be published twice in the offici- al newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $27,307.45, Passed by the Village Counci 1 of the Village of Richfield this 13th day of July, 1959, ATI`BST: Village C1 k ` z~ 1
