t+dHERBAS, the following construction was performed-during the-year 1958-59:
Street Grading, Village Pro3ect No. 350
65th Street from Lyndale Ave. to Graham Ave.
Graham Avenue from 65th St. to 66th 5t.

65th St. from Graham Ave. to Rae Drive
Rae Drive- from 65th St. to 66th St.
WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $22,060.33
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $5247.12
NdW THBREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of.
Richfield as follows:
1. That the cost of street grading on 65th St. from Lyndale Ave.
to Graham Ave.;and Graham Ave. from 65th St. to 66th 5t. to be specially
assessed is hereby declared to be $15,193.48, and therefore this sum wi11
be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2, That the cost of street. grading on 65th St. from Graham Ave.
to Rae Drive and on Rae Drive from 65th St. to 66th St. to be specially
assessed is .hereby declared to be $12,113.97, and therefore this sum wi11
be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specs ally assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as pro-
vid~d by la~v, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his
of f~3,ce for public inspection.
4. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Ric eid is 13th aay of
July, 1959.
