I~RBAS, thg following construction was performed during the year
1958:
Concrete pavement and curb and gutter on 66th Street
from 21Q' west of Lyndale Ave. to 84' west of -Penn Ave.

V4~~8RE![S, other costs incurred are $4, 709.05.
NOW THBRBPORB, BB IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of
Richfield as- follows:
1. That the cost of concrete pavement and-curb and gutter on
66th Street from 210• west of Lyndale Ave. to 84* west•of Penn ~1ve. to
be speciai],y assessed is hereby declared to be at least 20% of the total
of $47,385.21 construction cost ot+ ~14,2T8.00, az-d therefore this sum
will be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2. The v~.ilage clerk shall forthwith ca].cula.te the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment
~.n his office for public inspection. -
-3. The plerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
