RESOLUTION CALLING HSARING ON JULY 27, 1959 ON PROP06ED

WHBREA~,'by ReSo lution No. i8~3 passed by the council on the 22nd
day of June,. 1959, the viiiage clerk was directed tb prepare a pro-
posed assessment of the cost of the assessment roll,. Village Pro3ect
1Vo. 359 and
WHBRBAS, the viiiage clerk has notified the. counil that such pro-
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOW TIE3REFORE, BB IT' RESOLVED by the Vida, ge counci 1 of the Vila ge
of Richfield, Minnesota, as foilaws:
1. A public hearing shah be held on the 27th day of July, 1959,
in the council chambers of she Richfield Village Hall at 7:15 P.M., to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place ail
persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2, The village ~1ei1: is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment ~ be published twice in the offi-
cial newspaper at least ~ weeds prior to the hearings and he shall
state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in
the amount of $12,.712.00,
