NOi~T TI~REPORS, BE lT RESOZVED by the village- council of the Village of
Richfield as: follows
1. The cost of storm sewer construction vicinity of 67th Street
from 2nd Avenue to Nicoilet Avenue to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $12,712,00, and therefore that sum will be asses~red against
the property benefited therebyo
2. The village clerk.-shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement ags.3nst every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valu anon,
as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assess-
ment in his office for public .inspection,
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
